#asktheexperts my baby is in his first month he is sleeping very less , his wake up windows are 3_4 hours straight even more than that . he keeps shaking his head hand and feet . why is that ,how to help him

A. Hello good evening !! Generally babies sleep 14-18 hours a day. But few babies have sleep pattern like they sleep less hours ,have less naps . If the baby weight gain is good, gaining 400-900 gm per month then don't worry. If the baby is not gaining average weight then check whether the feed is sufficient .
