#asktheexperts my baby is crying at night unnecessary. he doesn't have any body pain, I hsd also checked him with a pediatrician also but still cry. is there any way or any syrup from which he could sleep at night. I haven't sleep from past 20 days plzz help me.

there are number of reasons of excessive crying in children because it can be either due to some type of colic pain or digestion problem or due to some type of nasal blockage abdominal pain or any body pain / ear ache.
so if it is not improving meet your doctor and for pain you can give one dosage of paracetamol.
if it appears to be colic pain you can give anti colic medicine and if it is due to nasal blockage you can give nasal saline drops.
many times changing the environment of the child helps as well as diverting the child helps.
 it is not advisable to give medicine to make the child sleep.
the medicines act at the level of brain and obviously this medicines have got side effects.d
better to go for natural sleep engagement in the child compared to medicines.
please see for any disturbance like abdominal colic or environmental disturbanced which is affecting the sleep of the child
