you can oil hair n add multivitamin. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

for stretch marks ,you can try some homemade remedies which will help you to reduce them:
--take afafala leaves , prepare its paste ,it will help to detoxify your skin and as it is full of vitamin E and amino acid ,it will help to maintain elasticity of your skin and help to reduce stretch marks.
--you can also apply mixture of aloe vera gel,wheat germ and olive oil  on affected area .

for hair fall:
--application of coconut oil on daily basis is best for this.
--have healthy diet and keep your body well hydrated.
--you can wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder for this.
--stay stress free.
