Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hai good morning !! As baby is eight months old,you can feed semi solids, mashed foods thrice a day breakfast, lunch and early dinner and rest of the day milk either breast milk or formula milk..
Early morning milk , breakfast idly, dosa,ragi porridge, cerelac, fruits or vegetables puriee, mashes..
Milk
Lunch, dinner - kichdi, mashed dal rice, curd rice, porridge, cerelac, fruits and vegetables puriee, mashes...
Feed milk in middle of the meals every two to three hours or on demand according to baby nap,bath schedule...
