#asktheexperts my baby is 8 days old and detected with jaundice level 12.2 on day 6 today baby's poop is mustard yellow and he pooped 3 times so far from morning. please suggest if it indicates that the jaundice is increasing

A. there is no problem just give proper breastfeeding to the baby further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required . Its always better to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...

Q. my babys jaundice was detected on 8th august and the level was 16.. was given phototherapy after which it reduced to 11..performed tests 2 weeks back and the level was 9..today the doctor is still saying he may still be having jaundice as the color of face is yellow and the dctor advised to g for lft... how long does jaundice take to resolve.. plus the colour of my babys poo is light yellow.. is it normal??
