#asktheexperts My baby is 6months old. Now can I start hard-core exercises at home for weight-loss? Is there any chance for increasing internal problem?

A. u can do this Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. if your body feels fit then definitely you can start with workout but I would suggest you to start with light exercise first and it you do not feel any discomfort in the body then definitely start with a hard one take healthy diet as well take care and all the best for your baby.
