A. dear mum, for good health and growth of your 6 months 19 Days old baby, you can give foods like homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, kheer, porridge, khichdi, vegetable puree, dal rice. fruits curd, paneer add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. give 2 to 3 meals in a day and up to half katori every time. continue to breastfeed.
