my baby is 5 weeks old and he is on exclusive breastfeeding. He poops 7-8 times in a day and passes little amount when passes guess too. Also he puts so much pressure and makes sounds while pooping. Poop is watery and seedy in texture and mustard yellow in colour . Is it normal? If yes, when will it become normal like 1-2 motion per day?

This is a normal color , texture n frequency of poop from a breast fed baby.
These flecks come from breast milk and are harmless and nothing to worry about it..

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
