A. child should double it's birth weight by completion of Six month and triples by one year.
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session

A. U Please mention the birth weight of the child because till the time I am not aware about it I will not be able to give you guidance but yes I can tell you if your child gets a minimum of 400 g every month then it is going to be a healthy weight gain for the child
