#asktheexperts My baby is 4 and half month old. From past few days she is fussy and wants everything in her mouth very badly and she press the teether in her mouth with so much of pressure and even while breast feeding her she press the nipples with her mouth likewise she wants to bite. Please confirm whether my baby us teething and what needs to be done

yes all these are signs of teething..
checkout for swollen and hardened gums, raised body temperature, loss of appetite..
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth

Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually just observe the baby and try to massage the gums of the baby and also try to give in like you can use the nipple shield if you want to feed at this stage it is quite normal just try to consult your doctor once if it is happening very aggressively
