Babies who are exclusively breast fed at times pass stools even a gap of 4 to 5 days as well without feeling or showing any signs of discomfort as such . Prefer to have easy to digest foods and keep yourself hydrated with fluids

Hello, Though the diaper may not be as wet as usual, as long as your baby is peeing every 3 to 4 hours, there is no cause for concern. If your baby who is in the lactational stage does not pee for more than half a day, it is a cause for concern. Your baby may be suffering from dehydration.
Babies may projectile vomit occasionally, but if it happens after every feed, see your doctor right away as it may be due to a blockage caused by thickening of the muscle at the outlet of the stomach.
