Q.

#asktheexperts My baby is 23 months old but still she is unwilling to take any solid. So I have to grind and give her forcefully as I am left with no choice. She also not taking cow milk at all. Please help how to inculcate good food habits in her.

A. hello there ma'am Please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby finger food and variety of food and also sit you baby with other family members at the time of food and show how others chew their food. lso add saunf and ajwain while boiling the milk. and give it to baby. take care
