#asktheexperts My baby is 2 weeks old. some times he feeds and sleeps for 3 hours sometimes he wakes up in 1 hour. how do i know if my milk is enough.i am exclusively breastfeeding

A. Sleeping for minimum of two hours is good so that means you’re giving enough feeding to the child and three hours is equivalent to that that it’s a good feed so minimum two hours if your child is maintaining and gaining about 500 g in a month on the east side then that is a healthy food that you are providing
