ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom very mild flavoured food avoid spices , also hydration is very much important to maintain the water balance and keep her hydrated. So liquids - to soft foods .. such as home made ORS , also coconut water , lemon juice and citrus fruits - juice can given . Upma , idli , Dalia or porridge is good
