#asktheexperts My baby is 16 days old. she is not latching breast properly. I am using nipple shield or spoon to feed her milkm Also my milk is not sufficient for her. I am giving her formula also. please guide me so I can breastfeed her properly

A. Shatavari powder is very good for you to take to increase your lactation that is going to be good along with that instead of giving milk with spoon try to direct breastfeed with the help of a nipple sheet and if you want you can actually express the feed and give it with the help of a bottle
