yes sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth.
maximum upto the age of 18 months, kids can get their first milk teeth so wait

A child can have its first teeth by age of 17 months so you should wait for three more months and if you do not see happening by that then it would be a delay in the process but currently you are still left with some more so there’s nothing to be worried as of now
