#asktheexperts my baby is 11 months old he is having constipation problem. What should i do. Also i see some red rashes over his cheeks i would say small acne type dots. Please help

A. he is having constipation problem you should give fibre rich foods as papaya pear sapota apple give curd daily for good digestion raisin water keep baby well hydrated avoid banana suji rusk rice maida
