#asktheexperts My baby is 1 year old do I need to stop breastfeeding or not if yes then how. he does not take any bottled milk yet

A. Namaste MOm If you wish to continue with breast feeding no worries you can maximum feed until 2 to 2.5 years but now solids have to be their main source in the diet you can now gradually reduce the number of feed one at a time introduce animal milk preferably cows milk as it is quite similar to mothers feed
