#asktheexperts my baby is 1 year and 1 month old. I want to know that how much milk we should give to our child in this age.

A. Hello dear parent! Limit the total dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids . Consult your doctor for further advice. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
