#asktheexperts my baby is 1 and half year old hemoglobin level is low(9) how can i make it to grow

Yu Should start with iron supplement that’s really very important apart from that the second thing that you can do is to give really good iron rich food to the child which should include beetroot pomegranate or broccoli and spinach these are some things that I can tell you which are highly rich in iron but apart from that if you consult a nutritionist with more surely get a better guidance from them
