Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamold and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p.
kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and regular diet and meetx the doctor immediately.

you must consult your pediatrician
it is very important
please keep your child well hydrated
give decotion of warm water, Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours
