Q.

#asktheexperts my baby has gas problem. I give 1/2 to 1 hr burping session after feeding but still gas doesn't come out most of the time. when I put her to sleep on bed then after 10 mins again she feels discomfort and starts crying for burping. pls suggest what to do

A. so,To combat discomfort caused by gases in the babies you need to burp them properly post every feeding session, give few minutes of tummy time regularly to release out the gases. You can also give gastica drops or Himalaya bonnisan dropsm. .

A. baby's heath is totally depends on your diet .you should take more liquid form of food such as oats ,dal and meshed chappatis in it ,and hot water as tea .you should not eat hard food, which is not digestive fast such as patato which is very gaseous.
