Q.

#asktheexperts my baby ha 5 months old now.should I introduce semi solid foods.can I give water to baby.Suggest me some semi solid foods to give for the baby

A. dear mum not now baby should be exclusively breastfed till 6 mths complete nothing else shd be given not even water breastmilk is complete foid only after completion of 6 mths begin
