#asktheexperts my baby entered into 6 months apart from mothers feeding what cereal can be best for kids growth, can i get its name?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods and instead give homemade foods.
You can give foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Continue to breastfeed.
