RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl6 months agoA. Not speaking is still okay but not responding is not a good sign it’s a poor sign of understanding I suggest you to kindly visit a child psychologist once having an assessment of your child and proceed with what your doctor has to suggest
