#asktheexperts my baby doesn’t sleep in a stretch she wakes up every 3/4 hrs for feed at nights .how can i wean her for taking milk at nights

A. hi to reduce or wean your child from night time feeding , first ,I advise to give heavy food items like sheera, rab etc at night time meal which will help to decrease the waking frequency. give warm milk before sleep time. whenever your child wake up , don't just give breastmilk ,try to put your child for sleep back by gently patting or rubbing his back.
