#asktheexperts my baby can't sleep properly in the night can u suggest us how we can make him sleep timely

TinaMom of a 11 m old boy2 weeks agoA. keep baby occupied give him 3-4 hours sleep intervals during the day not more than this, n keep him play around,engage him with activities during the day so night he will sleep well

Don’t give a long daytime nap that is what you can do just make your child sleep for two hours in the day and only once in a day with which your hopefully your child is going to get tired properly by the night will feed while and sleep for a better stretch
