Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urined also and sometimes they will pass urine again and again in only one hour.
the minimum requirement would be more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feedding or milk and if it is more nod need to worry if the child is not having any other complaint

Hi A child should pass urine at least 10 to 15 times in a day at this if your child is not passing urine appropriately then that would be a sign for dehydration so in this case I’m going to advise you to consult your paediatrician and check up would be recommended
