#asktheexperts my 7 months old refuse to take solids. how can i start solids for him?

lina adhikaryGuardian of a 1 yr old boy5 months agoA. Initially I made vegetable purees and feed my baby with fingers. As they are natural suckers he is taking it quite comfortably till now. Slowly I'm adding pulses and rice to it.

By the time he or she is 7 or 8 months old, your child can eat a variety of foods from different food groups. These foods include infant cereals, meat or other proteins, fruits, vegetables, grains, yogurts and cheeses, and more.
