#asktheexperts my 7 months old daughter doesn't sleep at night . during the day also she sleeps only for 3hours. I m very much sleep deprived. please help me

You can ask your doctor Dil advised with the medicine which will help in regularising the sleep pattern of your child during the night and once your child starts to sleep properly during the night time the pattern is going to automatically change and you should try to keep your child away through the day then only things are going to be work full for you
