#asktheexperts ... MY 7 MONTHS baby goes hard stool is it ok we are feeding purees 2 times in day and also sometimes some red rashes appear on skin and after some time it go away

A. okay no problem giving fruit purees Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc

A. hi parent please breast feed her as per her demand keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake and use Babyhug seeper to gve water use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
