A. increase breast feeding ur baby, Roast the Ajwain n rock salt and take a soft muslin cloth and make a potli .. when warm apply gently on chest and back for chest congestion n cough. give paracetamol drops in proper dose for time being, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
