wheeze is not normal so. it is not possible to comment on this as it is difficult to say with out examination and so get examination done for the same and then can be done about this  .

good afternoon a little bit of vomiting is very normal nothing to worry about as long as the child is not having any other health issue you don't have to get and the milk coming out in vomiting should be curdled
