A. Frequent vomiting in a 3-month-old, especially when it comes out through the nose, can be concerning and might indicate a condition like reflux or an infection. It's important to monitor the frequency and severity of the vomiting. If the baby is feeling breathless, it could be a sign of respiratory distress, which requires immediate attention. In the meantime, you can try feeding your baby smaller amounts more frequently and holding her upright for a while after feeding to reduce the likelihood of reflux. Make sure she is burped properly during and after feeds. If the vomiting persists, or if she seems to be having trouble breathing, becomes lethargic, or has other concerning symptoms, it’s essential to seek medical attention immediately. A pediatrician may need to evaluate her condition to determine the cause and provide appropriate treatment.
