if the baby is 3 months old doing watery loose motions through the child may be having some infection you can continue with the providing given and if there is no improvement antibiotic may be required

Yo child is having some infection in the stomach of the child which is why this is happening you need to go ahead with a proper antibiotic course and that is what is going to be helpful but which medicines are supposed to be given that can be suggested by the doctor Sophia not content with what your paediatrician suggesting Rao suggested to change your doctor
