#asktheexperts My 23 month old baby usually eats milk and roti or milk and rice together at dinner. Maximum time I add banana into the milk. Is it ok to give him banana with milk and at night?

A. Dear mum, no, you should not add banana to the milk at night. You should give banana as a snack during the day time or early evening. Do not mix it with dinner.
