#asktheexperts my 2 year old girl was suffering from constipation i did all the possible things but nothing changed. The only reason I found that was causing constipation was buffalo milk as soon as I stopped giving milk the constipation problem ended so can you tell me what I give her in place of buffalo milk

A. You can go for packet milk tone pasteurise packet milk would be a good option for you full cream packet milk also you can try so that is going to be a good option of buffalo milk is creating so much of an issue for other options like I’m suggesting
