Ma’am you’re saying your child is 17 months old how can your child wear one month child clothes and that to the child is 9 kg I’m sure your child wasn’t born with the same weight again you’re missing it somewhere and the weight is decent I agree it’s little less but it is still decent so just give more of proteins in the diet
