#asktheexperts my 16 month old toddler doesn’t speak words yet, but blabbers. Is it normal? How to motivate him to speak words? We talk to him all the time

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. no just blabbers is less speech. speech delay can be due to many reasons and hence to know it needs a detailed examination ENT specialist visit to know any hearing impairment or any stimulus causes of poor speech in baby .
Reduce screen time no mobile or tv for speech development . Speech therapy is best help if ENT issue is not there.
