#asktheexperts my 15 months daughter got constipation since 2 dats. looks like she is holding back potty instead of releasing. pls suggest how to make it easy for her? also what should I feed her?

A. the anus area looks red, may be teared out due to constipation pressure, my kid cries now and unable to release the potty! how to cure that anus area?

A. okay no problem c. constipation is very common in babies most of the times due to less intake of water and liquids better to give fibre diet like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits to the baby to avoid constipat

A. Maybe the constipation is creating so much of pain and problem to the child that’s why your child is not having it I would advise you to apply castor oil around the navel of the child that is going to help help in easy motion and also give prune juice and maintain hydration by giving really good amount of water and liquid
