#asktheexperts my 14year old daughter is having severe back legs and foot ache ..tingling and numbness in foot ..muscles spasms..having trouble standing for long time ..pls guide what to do

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the kiexact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
