#asktheexperts My 14 months is hardly having milk.. max 200 300 in a day... is it fine?

A. hello if along milk the child is taking other dairy products and also curds well then it may not be a problem.. the child would need total of around 500 ml of milk on a daily basis.. just make sure y give your child other calcium rich food in the diet
