Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, Uou should not make him wear diaper till the rashes are fully gone. Just keep the area clean and well dried up. Also apply warm mustard oil or Babyhug rash cream on the affected areas. It must heal or get better in few hours but if it does not then must Consult with your paediatric. Good luck and take care
