#asktheexperts My 11 month old baby is not eating anything..Her nose is blocked for a very long time. Don't know what to do

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving indirect steam inhalation to reduce the discomfort. Maintain a good personal hygiene and make your baby wear comfortable clothing as per the season. Warm up coconut oil with crushed camphor. Apply this mixture to the baby’s chest, throat, back and feet soles gently twice a day. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
