Okay Maam so discharge little bit can be seen from the time of birth itself when it comes to a girl child and slowly it increases but right now you should look for if your child is having growth in the vagina area or under arms and it could be assigned for puberty also otherwise if it is only little bit of white discharge that can be seen on the panty also which is normal
