#asktheexperts My 1 year 4 month old son doesn't sleep through the night. Wakes up 3-4 times every night and cries and refuses to go back to sleep unless being nursed. How to deal with this?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the rogom environment and temperature favourable for the chihld to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
