Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is reqnjuired if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucouds high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is not recommended to give formula milk to the baby before the age of 6 months. Only breast feed the baby. Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal.
