ji ,pehle to aap khane me kya DE shkte ho:
taje fal jese ki pear ,papita , plum ,kela aadi
alag alag soups jese ki tmatar ka soup, palak ka soup
aur kya NAHI de shkte :
maide se bni chize jese ki biscuits , toast , cake ,bread aadi na de
