RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl2 days agoA. It should be at least 2 1/2 kg more than the birth weight as the child should gain at least 500 g in a month for that basis if I tell you child gain gain at least 500 g in a month according it should be 2 1/2 kg more weight
