use only coconut oil for massage.
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month.
feed more frequently for adequate hydration .

These are heat rashes. Apply himalaya prickly heat powder on the skin. This will help to give relief. Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free keeps the rashes away with its milk protein formula.
